These terms apply when you use Fanix Box, a service for connecting Facebook Pages and managing eligible Page conversations. By using the service, you agree to use it only where you have authority and in accordance with Meta's terms, platform policies, applicable law and recipient preferences.

Accounts and access

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and for ensuring connected Pages and recipient messaging are authorized. You may disconnect by ending the Facebook connection or requesting account deletion.

Credits and messages

Credits are account balances administered by the service operator. Sending may fail because of Page permissions, Meta availability, recipient eligibility or policy limits. The interface reports successful sends only when Meta returns a successful message response.

Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party systems and may be unavailable or changed. The operator may suspend access to protect accounts, recipients, or service integrity. Nothing here guarantees uninterrupted service or a particular legal compliance outcome.
